Shriram Suhaana apartment issue with project approval.
Q: We have booked a flat with Shriram Suhaana (expected completion Aug 2014) a month ago, now they have informed us due to MoEF new proposal of 100 ft. wide approach road the project approval G+13 has been stalled. Would like to know whether other customers have also faced such problem who have recently blocked flats with G+8 and above projects?

Hi Maitree, We are in the same position as you, we have received a letter to enter into the sale agreement, but we are reluctant since we haven't heard from them about BBMP approval. Did you enter into the sale agreement?
