Is Gaurav Paradise property at Mira Road near Cine max Of Ravi developers is Legal Building is ready but they still don't have CC for it Please advise.

Hey Mamta, You should talk with the builder if he has not go the completion certificate for 8th floor.
yes he don't have Completion certificate for 8th & 9th floor n he is sayg this commissioner is stick so he is unable to get it

CC is give only when the construction norms have been met and the builder has not bothered to procure it from the Municipal Corporation.
so wat do we do now.......
