Information about the project Classic Canopy.
Q: I am looking to book a flat at Classic Canopy, Rammurthi Nagar. Please advice on rate and construction quality. This project is starting after 5 year of proposal. Is there any other problem related to construction and completion of this project. How trustworthy these people are. Pls share your past experience.

Hi Promod, I heard that the project was getting delayed from 5 long years. What is the chances that the project will get completed by 2013? The Canopy builders do not have their website also, why so?
Thanks Chaitanya for the response, I think even if is gets delayed for another 4-5 months that can be tolerable, I am more worried about legal clearance, approval and at the end most imp quality of the construction and amenities. I have seen one earlier project but that is very long back and after that company has also changed. So wondering what quality they are going to maintain now. I heard about Canopy Calyx, have any one seen that property, then pls update construction quality of that project.
