possession dates.
Q: Has anyone visited the site recently? I have booked a house in phase-II and got to know that the pace of work has slowed down a lot. As per the Mkt-ing folks the possession of phase-II might be delayed by an year!! Jyotirmaya

Latest Answer: I ould caution any prospective buyer not to this builder. They have delayed by 18 months as on date. They appear to have no intention to complete. Every time the completion time moves. Below average construction quality, cheats of the 1st order. The agreement stipulates LD for delay, which they are not honouring. We erred in buying here.
