Not having Khata A?
Q: Hi, Anybody have any idea about why is this property is not having Khata A? I am hearing from people that it has Khata B? Is there any deviation issues or something else for not having Khata A? Please update if you know the reasoning. Thanks.

Have you booked a flat in Mahaveer Regal?
No Varun, I got to know there are flats available for sale in this apartment so I was checking for khata type and bank approvals. I came to know that this apartment is having B khata only so just want to confirm on this.
