For The Preserver project from SRR homes, did anybody get back the complete amount with interest from them for cancelation

the project is jinxed. SRR / EXCEL is the marketing front but the land is not their's. I have been asking for refund for about 2 years now. Got the principal amount thankfully but still working on the interest they are bound to pay for the money which we invested.the project is jinxed.
