Hello Jagannath, In spite of water problem what is the reason that you are looking for a plot in that area.
We are looking for investment or some rental income. Since the papers are clear we are planning to purchase but at reasonable price. in case water problem is not resolved, we will have to sell .
it off.. we dont want to buy at 60 lakhs and take risk.

We know this layout and borewell water is not good, it is very far.
