Planning to buy a plot on the main road side.
Q: I am planning to buy a plot on the main road side. Is there a possibility of me losing the plot on account of road expansion? I am assuming that the entire project will be completely safe as it's approved by BMRDA. Kindly request your advice.

My comments to replies
The project is known to be approved by Nelamangala Planning Authority, A Khata and BMRDA. So I do not think road expansion will create any problem for you.

Dear Mukesh, I heard that BMRDA is planning to lay 300 ft. road connecting Airport from Nelamangala and the road will go through the main road. I also saw few BMRDA marking stones near the layout, hence the concern. Can I be sure that any project approved by the BMRDA or BDA will not be touched for road expansion.

I have a East facing site for sale 45*40 = 1800 Sq. Ft. - Panchayat approved Katha and not BBMP. - Expected price Rs. 1600 /Sq. Ft. I also have a North East facing site on the main road of the layout = BBMP limits 60*90 = 5400 Sq. Ft. Expected price Rs. 2,000 per Sq. Ft.I have a East facing site for sale 45*40 = 1800 Sq.
