Planning to buy a penthouse at Citilight Rustique
Q: I am looking at buying the penthouse at Citilight Rustique. Could anyone tell me about the quality of construction and the current price at this property, if there are any issues (water etc..). Thanks a ton.

Latest Answer: Hi Vasant I am also looking at buying a penthouse in Rustique and am wondering if you have finalized your purchase there. I hear about 2 issues (and honestly the builder has been very transparent about these issues). a) the second level in the duplex penthouse does not have BDA approvals. I was, however, assured that the process of regularization will be guaranteed by the builder. b) I believe this is a B Khatha property and betterment charges has to be borne by the buyer as and when the conversion to A Khatha property takes place. I wanted to know your feedback (from your experience) on these 2 points. Regards Vikram Kannoth
