Mr. Binod, its sad but true that Era landmark is absolutely callous towards the sentiments of its customers. They haven't yet delivered a single project...all the ones it sold 4yrs back, have still to get completed, not one is 50percent complete and there are so many other issues also that have been kept pending by the developer. What status, four years since we have been repeatedly being promised different things from different management personal, who keep joining and quiting the company. Developement work is patheticaly slow, the central park (issue) shown as green in the allotment brouchre is still (approx 4 acres of land)eluding Era. The worst news is that even after four years since they launched the project they have not shown eagerness and intent to comply by the agreement it signed with the owners of the property at the said project. Era gleefully is under the false impression that whatever they will deliver owners will blindly agree to accept it, and is hence taking things very lightly. Lets unite to fight such a devious developer and teach them a lesson they would remember for times to come. You are absolutely right as whenever you will call them you will only get to hear a new story.
