Let me introduce myself as Mrs. A. Samshath Mohideen. My husband Mr. M. S. Mohamed Mohideen has invested Rs.11 lacs.
I attended the meeting held at Hotel Savera. It was a good opportunity for the owners to have come together at a common place. In my opinion, we have not utilized this opportunity to our benefit. What do we want? At this juncture, after waiting for more than a year, when there is not a single activity going on in the site, all we should have demanded was to return our money in full. As someone suggested, we should have asked the owners or directors of the company to come for a meeting next week and take an undertaking in writing that they will return the money on such and such a date. Now the matter has gone to the police. We know the judicial system in our country. To get justice one has to wait for decades or he/she may not get justice at all.

Unfortunately gate crashing is not going to yield any result,
1. One set of people are awaiting the CMDA approval before demanding the refund
2. The other set of people are fed up with the lies by Alliance group and do not wish to continue. They have demanded for the payment for which they have also received a date for the refund
So which group do you belong to? Either way we have no option other than waiting till the time given by alliance group. In the meanwhile, I strongly advise you to take legal advice on how to proceed in the eventuality of a default . Seeking the CONSUMER ACTION GROUP (CAG). They never do, This has been my experience too. What they are very good at taking the money from you. Alliance orchid green guys are Highly unethical. However, the main and very important question that we need to ask ourselves is...
1. ARE THESE GUYS GOING TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT ON TIME ( none of there other projects were done on time)
2.Do we have any agreement for compensation/penalty on them in the event of delays ( do not forget your money will be stuck with them)
On the other hand they have 30% interest clause on payment delays from our side.They never do, This has been my experience too. What they are very good at taking the money from you. Today i visited the site and enquired the sales personnel number of bookings of their flat. According to them so far they have booked only 430 including 350 booked during 2008 .During the august they have booked only 80. but some pile foundation work is being done .the sales people say that 24% less from superbuilt area for carpet area. i suugest that we may meet in common venue in one sunday and will decide to enable us to proceed further.

Dear Mr Senthil, Just piece of advice before you rush in to book the flat. BEFORE EVEN PAYING THE ADVANCE. obtain the copy of the agreement copy and get it checked with a lawyer and there after incorporate safety clauses which will protect you. It is very important considering Alliance track record of consistent default on all fronts. All their past projects have been delayed and some had also file a case on them. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN DEALING WITH THE. I agree with you, Lets all meet up at Annanager tower park this coming Sunday. I have been to the site too and the pile driving machines are there but careful observation indicates that they are for show. Please let me know if any one is still awaiting the refund after cancellation. These guys have still not paid me after nearly 8 months and constant follow up.
