Water to overhead tanks
Q: I have recently bought a house in Regal, Shipra Sun City and I'm facing a problem that the fresh water does not get stored to the overhead water tank properly. It just stores very less and after that the water stops flowing to the tank. I saw many residents have lowered the entry point of water into the tank thereby reducing the size of the tank. Can anyone advise why is this problem and what is the solution. Apparently, I was told that we cannot even install a water pump as it is not allowed by RWA.
