MVL Coral is one of the good residential flats projects of MVL Limited. MVL Coral provides 750 flats with all modern amenities like Play Area, 24Hr Backup, Security, Intercom etcI know about he MVL builders. I just have move in one of the project name 'the Coral' in Bhiwadi. I like the residential that they have made. It is very good and has use the very good quality of products. Also the flat is well furnished with very good space.
Have they got Occupancy certificate and Fire NOC for revised layout plans? Have they got approval of ground floor flats where parking was proposed initially? Have a look at judgement of case number CC/142/2012 filled in National Consumer commission, NCDRC on its website www.ncdrc.nic.in for various irregularities in this project.

MVL is worst builder in Bhiwadi. I don't know whether they will ever give possession of MVL coral. Construction started in March 2006(not in 2010). All mvl employees provides false information about status of project. 7 cases already filled against builder by alottees. Many more to be filled in coming weeks. 1 case filed by contractor. Management don't bother about concerns of investors.

MVL Coral has defaulted all through on every commitment they have made to the Investors who have made the initial payments as early as 2006 and are still waiting for their allotment. Does MVL Coral actually have a clearance from the Government for this allocation? How can they penalize the contributors by grabbing the hard earned money of these potential plot owners when MVL has failed them on all scores ??
Completion date for this project was May 2010 and not a single Tower has been handed over to the potential residents even in May 2012. Yet they have the audacity to threaten that they will forfeit the advance money paid by those who have not paid the installments - only because these people saw through the ulterior motives of MVL and their fraudulent ways. Request all investors at MVL Coral should join hands to take strict legal action against them.

Kya fraud builder hai boss? Which bank is financing it, please let me know. Already notices has been sent to DHFL and SBI. Construction is illegal.
