BDA approval may not be needed as total height is not going to cross 50 feel. I did not confirm with lawyer but I search in google and found that if your building height cross 50 feet then only BDA approval needed otherwise BBMP approval will work. Krishvi people told that height will not cross 50 feets but have to confirm with documents how they will manage 6 floors. @Harshit, I dont see any restriction if it is already approved and registered. After reading negative feedback about builder just wanted to know is there any issue with project or something else. This project was launched some years back and I dont believe still its in livable condition. And wanted to know best price for this property.
