Expected Rent?
Q: Dear members, I would like to know the kind of realistic rent I can expect for a 2020sq ft semi furnished apartment with 2 covered car park in D-Block? From couple of experts I gathered that the current rate is around 32 Rs per sqft and 3000Rs per car park. Please let me know your thoughts. Regards, Sridhar Javagal (Owner)

Latest Answer: mr. sridhar. for 2020sqft flat going rent is only 50,000rs. in brigade gateway. if the intereiors are very good & modern then u will get maximum 50k+maintenance that means 56k. some people want to misguide u.
