Water tanker shortage ?
Q: In our apartment, we are having to buy water through tankers. There is always a nagging doubt in everybody's mind whether the tanker is giving us full tank of water or is there some pilferage. Does any1 know of any monitoring technique which will give us accurate info about how much water has flown into the underground tanks from the water tankers; kind of like some meter ? Thanks in advance
