I have 2 flat in Brigade Apartments in Brigade Gardenia. After about 5 years I have been facing tons of quality problems because of inferior workmanship from Brigade. Both of my houses tiles have come out and had to spend lakhs of rupees to fix them. Also the biggest problem with them is that they control the club and increase the club charges exorbitantly year after year. If you happen to put your house for rent they charge club membership for each individual person. So if you are four people you will end up paying 60k for one time member ship charges and 2k per tenant per month. They wont let you use club with several dress and timing regulations. They ensure that they distribute the same club membership to as many people as possible and to avoid crowding of resources they enforce impractical rules and people who are once trapped continue to become the victim. Be wary about the club specific costs and quality specific concerns before investing in your dream house.

I have bought this apartment and that was perhaps the worst decision of my life. Axis capstone boasts of a new era builder but is just like third class builders. Please visit the existing projects and see for yourself the cost that they charge vs the quality that the provide is of no match. There are several hidden charges which will be fleeced from you at the time of final settlement. Dont believe on any verbal promise or promises written in letter pad. Read the agreements 10 times before signing. Once you sign the agreement there is no way to cancel the agreement as all the clauses are one sided. You will loose lakhs of rupees if you do so. Plus they also resort to threatening if a payment etc is delayed or if you question them regarding promises. Most of the marketing staff sweet talk and will even promise you the moon. But once you are hooked after signing the agreement they will not at all listen to you. Please visit the existing apartment and talk to owners before booking flat.
