They don't have height approvals for Tower-4 beyond 16th floor. Construction is not happening on the site. I try to call multiple time but there office phones are temporarily out of service.

Did you talk to pooja, who is one of their representatives. Also, there used to be one VP Mr. Shetty.

Hi Raman,
I think we should visit the developers' office and ask for the delay cause. Sitting at home asking for the information in forum is not the solution. We should try to find out the actual reason of delay. In their site they have mentioned that possession of Tower-4 will be December 2016.

I would have loved to visit the office. I cannt do that since I am not in India.
The latest that I checked with them for the approval was last week of November and that also tentatively. Really worried since a huge amount is stuck there.
Did you hear any updates from them for the approvals?
