Even I booked an apartment in Oceanus Vista in May2010. At that time, I was told that the approval will be done by October,2010 and agreement can be signed after that. I had checked with Oceanus customer care in October. And I got the same reply that Approval process is pending and will take another 1.5 months time. Also, I was told that the shops by the side of Oceanus Monarda is being demolished to construct road to Oceanus Vista and even I confirmed the same by a site visit. Not sure when the so called Approval Process from BBMP will be completed and Agreement can be signed !!! Its high time we get together to keep a tab on progress of the approval process and keep putting pressure on the management to get things done as early as possible. Holding our hard earned money of 5Lakh for 1 year without any progress on ground is not the right thing. From the interest of this amount only (from many people), they would have earned a handsome amount. I would like to form a group with all of us who've booked a flat in Oceanus Vista to keep monitoring the progress of approval process and in later stages of construction. Expecting positive reply from all of you.
