Delay in possession
Q: Provident Cosmo City - The builder has been delaying the project unduly. No representative has been giving correct information on the actual status of the works. No response to any mail or telephonic enquiries. Is the owners' association contemplating any steps? I would appreciate any info and advice as to how I can contribute in any efforts under way in this behalf.
