Q: Booked in 2009. Tower 56. Been following up regularly but to no avail. Decided to ask for refund in the beginning of his year 2016 as advised by their officials. Post the request, they have stopped all interactions. What is the way out now?

Hi, I know of 2 other people (3 cases so far) who are in the situation where the tower was never built, and have asked for refund. As S Ghosh said, Jaypee is not responding to our queries. If there are others like S.Ghosh, we should make a group to fight them through legal channels together. Anil Kumar
I agree. I have explored various options, and the best solution would be to file a case with District Consumer Forum. However, the outcome of the same is dependent on many factors. The best option would be to file the case jointly instead of singularly. If we could connect with 6-7 people who are in the same situation, it will surely make our case stronger and increase the chances of refund with interest greatly.
