Shubhkamna Lords Land Clearance
Q: Dear sir, Can you please clarify whether you got the land clearance for the project "Shubhkamna lords". What I heard from some of the dealers that still you have not completed the full payment of land, please clarify. Please send me your response Thanks Jai

My comments to replies
Hi, i had a word with the sales executive they said , they have all the clearance. i know they wont be saying inside information . I think, if you have not invested yet..As per my knowledge the builder is good and they have completed 3 projects in noida sec 44,62 & 50 and one in Gurgaon.
As per my knowledge three banks have approved the project - 1. ICICI Bank Ltd. 2. Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Ltd. 3. Tata Capital Housing Financing Ltd.

I was very confused about this builder as they have launched more than 10 projects simultaneously in Noida, Noida extension and greater Noida...and have not started any construction.
