PURANIK CITY - PURANIK BUILDERS - THANE
Q: Dear All, I have booked (on 28/07/2009) a 2BHK flat in Boston in Puranik City Complex by Puranik Builders located at Kasar Vadavli on Ghodbunder Road. I was promised prossession by Oct 2010, but till (28/3/2011) I have not received possession of my flat. Now builder's office informing that possession will be given by end of May 2011. What can I do? Builder states that TMC is delaying the possession not only of Puranik projects but also of amny other builedrs in Thane. How far is this is true? I am totaly frustrated at this. What can be done? Please guide. Thanks.

Latest Answer: Hi, I booked my flat on Sept' 2009 at Runwal Garden City-Phase 2. Building name Jasmine, Balkum, Thane and the possession date in agreement is Dec 2011, but still no possession is given. Please look into the issue. Regards, Vishal
