Planning to go legal against the builder.
Q: I have been asked to pay a vat of Rs 1.9 lakhs, however this was not discussed to me during agreement.. can I go legal? Need advice from fellow owners

Latest Answer: Hi shiju, This tax was covered in the rate sheet as " all applicable taxes" , how ever the point which needs to be highlighted is that they never stated that these taxes can be as high as 1 .9 lac, which could have influenced your decision of buying this property

I am planning to sell my flat
Q: My total cost price for the 2bk flat is 26 Lac..I have paid around 9.6 lacs. I am willing to sell this flat at around 31 lacs. Please call me if interested

Latest Answer: So your flat is in which floor & whether ti is in Smondo 3 or 1. I went & visited the place near electronic city but the construction is still not started.
