Thanks Abhilasha for your reply. The said property is in Arihant Arham at Koproli ,old panvel.And it is under construction.But will get completed by December 2013. The surrounding is very beautiful with greenery & mountains. Also the builder is providing all the latest amenities with all the above facilities.But I am planning to rent this flat.Do you think it will really fetch me a rental of Rs15000, because at present there is no other development near by.Thanks Abhilasha for your reply.
