Feedback on Royal Splendour
Q: Hi, I am planning to buy property from Royal Splendour, Chennai. Wanted to know about the builder, their puntuality in delivery, flexibility in terms of minor changes in plan, quality of contruction, etc.

Latest Answer: Hi, me too have booked an apartment in ADVAYA (kovur). I am yet to sign the agreement. The agreement had some unusual clauses which made me panic. Looking for an opinion/feedback from previous purchasers.
