Q: Hi,Any one invested or bought in Nimritha developers on sarjapure Road. The project name is Nimritha Green County. Please let me know is the builder is genuine? Is there any issues or problems with the layout other details. Nimritha Developers

Hi All, Thanks for sharing this details. Yes, they told it's BDA approved but still they have not received the approval. They are telling it's under process and they have filled the betterment charges. I am not sure whether is it good to go ahead with the before approval. Can anyone say abt the pricing?
