Shrachi Rosedale delayed
Q: The project has got delayed a lot and the promoters have gone back on their penalty clause commitment. Cab we take legal action against them? When should we file the case? The response from them to queries have been very poor - all the mails have gone unanswered.

Hi Dr Kochgaway...is the project delayed..what is the date given by the builder of Shrachi Rosedale..?? Have you discussed this matter with other owners..?
Penalty had to start from June 2011. Haven't enough contact with other owners as they haven't handed over yet
