Siddha Town is a good project but very bad connectivity as the proposed six pane to Ganganar has been scrapped by new Trinamool Government. Q: I want to know 6 lane rajarhat bypass road is approved by the Government and where the road is connected.

As of July/2011 the proposed six lane near Ideal Abasan has been DE-APPROVED by governmennt due to protest by farmers due to land acquition. The transport city and connecting carriage way plan has also been cancelled . Take a look at construction , The six lane may take 4-8 yrs and there can be residence between 6 lane and Ideal abasan. so the route of 6 lane is not confirmed and work has stopped due to land issues from unwilling farmers. As far i learn , the project is yet to be SBI approved and IDEAL group keeps on claiming it will be approved in next month since Dec-2010 . I may not agree with Madhumanjaree that any flat were booked in 2008 ..All booking were open from Aug/Sep-2010 only..and the project is planned to be approved by Sep-2011. Madhumanjaree please confirm. The SBI approval delay is may as the the bank wants to study the project feasibility and salebility as the project has a weak plan in terms of design of flats and the six lane is delayed due to bottlenecks.
