Q: I heard it's delayed by close to 2 years now! Has anyone gotten possession yet?

Not sure what the reason is. Builder is not giving any clear message, their office was also shifted without informing buyers. Many could not contact them as their phone numbers have also changed. They are not regular with email responses either. So, it's a mess. I heard they are launching another project near Kanakpura Road - prospective buyers, please be careful while dealing with Pride group. At least make sure they include a penalty clause in the agreement for delays. Not sure what the reason is. Buyers please careful while dealing with pride builder (Possibly avoid them), especially validate sells agreement for all clauses on quality and project dates; include penalty details for delay in project. This comment is on fact that i am experiencing. These are worst professionals I have seen ever; they don’t have any administration over project. Looks like they are newbie’s I have booked flat in horizon one year back after that no updates and no response over emails regarding status of project. After big struggle information I got from them is delayed due to high tension line going near from F block and govt stopping construction, but question comes here is, if it is genuine reason for delay why without this all NOC builder started construction. I appeal all of buyers who booked flats in horizon to join hands on problem of possession and delay penalty on this I am already fighting on this...Please keep posting here
They are paying 5000 per month penalty to some people I heard. Although this amount is too less compared to what the buyers are losing in terms of home loan interest, rent, etc. Some people I know have met Roshan Lalchandani in their new Pride Hulkul office. But as usual, he did not have any solution or provide any respite to the very real problems the buyers are facing. Pride group is only interested in buyers of villas and high-end apartments. They don't treat others as humans.
