Whether it will be good in investing in Ansals Megapolis which is coming up in Greater Noida?
Q: I want to invest in Ansals Megapolis, Greater Noida. I wanted to know whether my investment will be profitable.

Neha and Ruchi are you both acting as real estate agents for Ansals :). I have seen these lines at their site too.I want to know the real facts. I have gone through the site of Ansals and I saw that the vast majority of its land falls in Bulandsehar instead of Greater Noida.I think that the property prices at that region will take some time to grow up. My comments to replies
Hi Deval, I am not a real estate agent for any organisation. It is just that I wanted to share the provisions and services provided by Ansals through this project to you so that you do not regret later for your investment. I knew that the project is near to Greater Noida periphery. But if the project is near Bulandshahr then, there are many schools nearby with a nuclear power plant and many dairy farms in the adjoining area. But still it will be good for investment as it is far from city but still near to all the provisions and services provided as in city.
