we paid 90% of the total value for a 3 bhk+3 t + study in DLF garden city.
Q: We paid 90% of the total value for a 3 bhk+3 t + study in DLF garden city, omr. we were promised of a possession by dec 2011. and still we havent received any communication. our calls are not answered, so are our emails. how to pull out from the project. pls help

It is not that easy to drag DLF to court. They have all nasty ways to handle that. Join DGCOM the association of DLF GC OMR project buyers & Owners association to fight the devil. Q: Goof up in apartment numbering and the apartments are interchanged. How to handle this. Lot of issues I am facing with DLF. They demand excess money at the time of handing over, etc. Is there any help available pl? I am in T36174. They are not sharing any plan drawings, measurement details etc. How to get the apartment measured? I am unable to prove that the apartment is changed. Please help. 9445566822 Sridhar

Yes. I have some proof. But the agreement says everywhere it is 'Tentative'. Now they quote that and say that the plan is changed and there is no change in the area.
