Can builder sell the undivided share and covered parking to penthouse owners for which the paln is not approved by BBMP?what are the possible action that we appartment owners can take on builder. Initially builder had communicated that the penthouses will be given for rent only and it will not be considered for parking and undivided share.But now we have come to know that he is selling penthouses with undivided share and parking space.
In santosh case. If he check the sales agrement builder must have mentioned that owner will have no right on terrace. This is general practice in bangalore n illegal. Hi, Anybody have any idea about why is this property is not having Khata A? I am hearing from people that it has Khata B? Is there any deviation issues or something else for not having Khata A? Please update if you know the reasoning. Thanks.

If the land is A-khata and approved by SBI and bbmp. And there are a lot deviations in the building if u compare to approved bbmp drawing like one extra balcony..etc... so the individual apartment unit owners will get the A-khata or B-khata. Pls help.
