Q: Hi, I am almost on the verge of finalising one 2 BHK FLAT (1275 SQFT) at HM Sepia. I have seen their first phase & liked their consturction quality & space utilization. However before finalising everything I would like to know the experience from the existing owner of this project who are currently staying there. How is there experience so far, hows there experience in dealing with HM constructions. Hows the approachability to daliy commodities. Do they have any pending legal hassels & or any approvals. Also I am getting this Flat at 38Lkhs is it the fair price. Would appreciate any information on this.
