Q: Any suggestions on Balaji Elegance ITPL?

Latest Answer: I was also planning to buy an apartment in one of the projects by Balaji Developers but I back off from my decision after see the reviews about the builder in many other threads. It seems they do not keep their commitment, do not provide proper amenities and even the quality of construction is very poor. Please please visit the site, try to communicate with others who have booked flats in the project and decide on your buy.
