Q: I read many negative comments and opinions and experiences with this builder on the internet, all dating back to 2008 and 2007. What is the status of the project now? Can anyone who has booked with them post an answer here?

Rithika, I visited their office on Monday and the site on Tuesday. The first thing that struck me was the downsizing of their office. Previously the office used to be in Prestige tech part on the ORR towards Sarajapur Road. They now moved to an office on ORR towards KR Puram. Where as the earlier office was rich in looks and treatment, this office is with torn sofas. That told me the story in one look. There is improvement at the site. Some of the internal roads are laid and construction work is on for some of the villas (like the one booked by me). I also sense that they have almost given up on selling bigger plots (2400 sft, 3000 sft, and beyond). They have now come up with a new layout where the plot sizes are much smaller - in the range of 1500, 1200 sft. The specifications are also downsized. That tells me that they will not be able to maintain the high standards with they began with.
