Q: WHEN IS THE CONSTRUCTION OF EMERALD ESTATES HIGH RISE IS EXPECTED TO START..ANY IDEA

Q: Hi, I have recently buy an apartment as Re-sale in Emeralds Estate. But a little worry ab't that because the construction has not been started yet. I am trying to get an approval for home loan for the said property. But most of the bank / financial institutions saying that developer might have not yet received their maps approved, that’s why they are not providing home loan as of now. Failure of Dubai World is also a serious concern here. Does anybody have any other information? Can you please share that with the group? Also please let me know if someone has got home loan approval if yes from which institution? Thanks & Regards Vipin

Thanks Naren for your reply. I contacted them, and they are now saying that construction likely to be started in Feb 2010.
