What are the problems with Era Divine Court Project of Era Landmarks Ltd., Sectory 76, Faridabad, Ha
Q: I have come to knew that there are some problesm in the Era Divine Court Project of Era Landmarks Ltd., which is in Sector 76 of Faridabad, Haryana. Please clarify as I would like to buy one.

Latest Answer: I have a floor in era divine court in sector 76, i bought it through dealer. I met one of the official of the company some vivek gupta. He said the approval will take time. and he was not very cooperative. I spoke to this customer care executive (some lady i dont remember the name. She told me to sell it off as they wont get the approval till december 10. They have planned to sell their highrise also and that too without approval. I have my doubts. i have found a customer through one dealer. PLz. get out before its too late. Thankx Atul
