Major Concern from a potential buyer
Q: I was shocked to read the reviews about DS Max - A project I was about to invest in. After reading the reviews, I look forward to your comments and reaction to these reviews. Without your justification, I would not be able to invest in yoru project and would be forced to look out for other projects even if the cost of the project is high. Latest Answer: Hi, I have booked a flat in B Block, Purab Manor. I have taken Loan from SBI, ITPL branch. Legal documents looks okay. I liked their construction quality, floor utilization & Facilities. But they are bit slow in construction. They have delayed almost 9 months (As per agreement, i supposed to get occupy by SEP '12) Recently i have visited site, looks like everything completed except painting, fitting & lift. In my opinion this project is worth for money.
