Q: Well The reason given to me for the delay was raw materials to which I replied that u r launching new projects every 2 months .. pls excuse me with that reason. Now we will have to do something about it as our plans our gone for a toss.

Latest Answer: I had purchased a flat in Fairfield B in August 2009, I was promised possession by December 2009. The entire payment has been taken in December 2009 and the building is not yet ready (even today). I am taking legal action against Lodha. If anyone is interested in joining hands please mail me at venkat.j.srinivasan@gmail.com and we can make it a class action. I already have about 20 other buyers who have joined me in this case.
