pathetic condition of silver crescent
Q: I had been recently to Silver crescent and I had a shock of my life when I saw a 2bhk flat which is 1.5 year old. There was leakages in most areas and the flooring was already beginning to break up. I went to see the amenities and found a lady who is a owner abusing the builders for their pathetic constuction. I had pity for her since she said she had bought the flat for 30 lacs and their hard earned money was of no avail. She said all flats had the same problem. I would advise people who buy flats from Silver Crescent Kharadi to ask the owners who have been staying for around 1 year for any feedback. I had a terrible experience and wanted to share the same. Be Aware of flats that Mittal builders has launched since the one at Ambanagari has also the same problems. PLEASE DONT JUDGE BY SEEING THE SAMPLE FLAT.
