Cancellation in 15 days but process is 6 months
Q: I paid for B304 2.08 lackhs in March this year,but due to some reasons I requested them to cancel it. As I have not entered into any agreement and requested to cancel just within only 15 days, I requested for complete refund, for which they said no. After so mcuh of argument with them, they still say the cancellation is still under process !!! It is 6 months over by now and they did not fefund any amount so far!! I am in the process of filing a legal case against Mantri Celestia to request a legal audit of their entire process. I advise the community not to go with Mantri Celestia as they are very bad at communication and transperency. If there is anyone with similar pains, please contact me so that we can work together. I stay in Johannesburg (South Africa) but can be contacted definitely.

Yes, I would have transferred, if the Sales deputy there (Mr. Kumesh Naidu) has made me aware of that process. yes, that is what the iusse is. Also I am claiming 100% refund as the cancellation was requested in 10 days time after booking and before enetering into any Agreement. I'm taking some harsh steps in making them to aware of the consequences of bad customer treatment.
