Q: I am planning to buy a site in Duo City layout. I need your valuable feedback whether it would be a right decision or not? I didn,t see even a single construction started, but don,t know the resons for the same. I am not looking for an invsestment purpose. Appreciate your feedback. Hi Yuvaraj, Please check why these people are sailing the plot and why no construction started in 6 years. I heard this layout in under mortaged and that is the reason DUO Associates are not allowing construction. Two of my relatives have plots there and they are struggling since last 4 years. Q: I am planning to buy a site in DUO city which is located at basapura. I want know more abt these developers, how genuine they are? whether the layout is approved by BDA or not? and some more info......

Please avoid this builder and developer. They are group of rowdy people with no professional ethics. This layout is under litigation and never going to see any construction activity there. Forget about promised aminities even plot is under danger. Most of the buyers are from IT backgournd and no one is going to object. It started with 600 PSFT and then reached 2400 PSFT and now no one is ready to take my plot at 1000 PSFT also.. SubodhPlease avoid this builder and developer.
