I heard this layout in under mortaged and that is the reason DUO Associates are not allowing construction. Two of my relatives have plots there and they are struggling since last 4 years. Please avoid this builder and developer. They are group of rowdy people with no professional ethics. This layout is under litigation and never going to see any construction activity there. Forget about promised aminities even plot is under danger. Most of the buyers are from IT backgournd and no one is going to object. It started with 600 PSFT and then reached 2400 PSFT and now no one is ready to take my plot at 1000 PSFT also.. SubodhPlease avoid this builder and developer.
