I have bought a flat at VGN Platina and now I had a news that the quality of the construction is not as what commited by the VGN builders. Also not too sure if they can handover it by the date committed to the customers.
How far can we trust the VGN developers?

We got a call from Vasavi Builders and they told like we got a CMDA apporval and you can collect the approval copy from us.Did any one else got and checked the copy?If so please let us know.
Did anyone apply for loan and got sanctioned?Expecting your reply and valuable feedback to proceed furdther.We are little hesitant to proceed as we got a negative feedback through online after paying the 20 % of the amount.

Collect the approval copy and consult your real estate expert/legal expert on the same. Getting a Loan sanctioned not only depends on project but also on individual's credit history and current income and affordability to repay.

I have a flat in Tierra cluster. Recently, my 'Customer Executive' contacted me saying that they have entered into corporate agreements with banks such as SBI, HDFC and others and convinced the banks to release payments. Even though they have permissions only till 4-5 floors, they are demanding money from people who have booked on higher floor. I wonder how they can do this? How can banks, sanction loans in the first place when they knew that permissions were not complete? And how can they disburse money through some private agreements? This seems to me like banks and the builder are in cahoots and we, ordinary flat owners will be skimmed. Does anyone have a different view? What can be done in this situation?
