I have paid 15% for River Residency. Will the builder finish the work within time?
Q: What is the current construction status of River Residency? I have booked 2BHK (in B BLOCK) and given upto 15% as payment.

I was told on phone that in B TOWER ,structure wok up to 12 th floor and brick work up to 8th floor completed, I have paid upto 12th floor construction agreement amount. Dear MOHIT BHAI, Latest booking in RIVER RESIDENCY is 2950 psf plus rates.The nearby poject of Fernande developes (at about 3kms) is at 3400 plus psf rate.This trend in high inflation/slow economic growth scenario suggest a good future in chikhali /pcmc area.
