Planning to buy an appartment in SLS Splendor.
Q: Hi, Need your advice on following: 1) Road & Security: Confused on the small strecth of road going to the SLS Splendor building. It might cause jams in future. Moreover, in nights the surrounding area doesn't appear to be secure. 2) Rent: In case, i want to rent it out, how much money will i get. 3) Money Appreciation: SLS is quoting 3100 Sq ft. A2 BHK house is costing 42 lakhs. Is it wise to invest that much money in SLS? Any other good investment project? Please advise.

Latest Answer: SLS Developers is cheated most of the flat owners of SLS sarover & silver . They decided to go in consumer court . Don't buy any flats from this builder.
