My mails to Sahara are not being answered. What's happening there, any idea ?
Q: Previously I have been getting regular mails on the status of the project. Now no one seems bothered.

Latest Answer: We even paid for such homeowners association to file a lawsuit that also dissolved. We even lost another 25,000 rupees on this.

addition of a Joint owner
Q: When I booked my flat in Sahara Coimbatore, My daughter was a minor. Now she has crossed 18. When I requested her name to be included as joint owner, Sahara has sent me a new application along with a Declaration letter which makes me liable to pay Rs.3,174.2 per Sq meter of my flat as a one time maintenance.That is about 2.84 lakhs or more than 10% of the cost of the flat !! Can any one enlighten me on this. As I understand it, maintenance was supposed to be free for a fixed period.
