Q: now i am the owner of a flat which i sold in 1995 to third party. the third party will tranfer the property in to his name how should it will happen what are the steps for all these process
Latest Answer: Sir, I guess that you are buying the property which you sold in 1995. If you had sold the property in third party's name, he is now owner of the property and to sell/transfer the property in your name, he/she has to do same procedure you done for selling the property in 1995.

If you are saying that you sold the property in 1995 but ownership is still in your name, you need to register the property in thrid party's name. Any document writer nearby Registrar's office will explain the procedure.
