Land Dispute at Keerthi Gardenia. Is this rumor for real or just a rumor?
Q: Friends, I observed a couple of members talking about disputes. I recently booked a 3BHK. Has anyone heard anything about these dispute rumors? This is the first apartment that I am going to buy, and definitely want to make a smooth ride until possession.

My comments to replies
Can someone please confirm the status? I checked with the Marketing team today (though I saw this very late thought to check with him). He said this was an old issue and said it was resolved. I asked him if there are any legal issues pending currently on this property and as expected he said NO. Not sure how to confirm this. If someone had done the ground work please share your findings. Even I was informed that the case was closed..is there anyway we can check with BBMP or related authorities? However, since banks are offering loans, I am assuming that they must have checked everything and found ok..
