I left Lake Shore Tower, Appt 3205 in March this year. I was fed up with the constant litter and cigarette ends being dropped onto my terrace from apartments above. I am still waiting to receive the refund of my deposit. Roots land have proved to be absolutely useless so far, and now will not respond to my e mails or requests. So who do I talk to next?

Latest Answer: Excellent advice Suresh, but I only have contact via the managing agents, Roots Land, and they will not give me the landlord's details. It's very frustrating!
